2 3/4 Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 C Softened Butter
1 1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
1- In a medium sized bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
2- In a large bowl, cream together sugar and softened butter until smooth.
3- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, gradually add dry ingredients.
4- Separate dough into different bowls
5- Add desired amount of food coloring and knead until desired color is reached, place in fridge to work on others.
6- Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set oven to 375º F
7- Once all the colors are mixed, use dough to make designs and cookies, be as creative as you would like.
8- Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes, remove from sheet to cool and enjoy!
* the longer dough is refrigerated, the less the dough expands when cooked, but the butter will harden in the refrigerator, so it will be harder to work with at the start.
