5 cups milk
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 2 qt casserole. In prepared casserole, combine all ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours stirring occasionally until rice is tender and pudding is creamy. To serve, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

May also cook on low burner.

Variation: Pineapple Rice Pudding
After rice is cooked, add drained pineapple, 2 egg yolks and 1/4 cup sugar. Cook a few minutes more.
