2 cups flour 1 cup Crisco Shortening 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup water
Sift together flour and salt. Cut in Crisco until crumbled. Add water gradually, stirring until soft dough. Roll on floured board to 1/8 inch thickness. Place in pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned. Makes 3 (8 inch) crusts.
