1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
½ c. butter or margarine (softened)
½ c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
3 c. flour
6 oz. white chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugars, butter, and oil in mixer. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add dry ingredients as well as vanilla and almond extracts. Mix in chips. Bake at 350º for 7-8 min. Be careful not to over bake. They will be VERY soft when they come out of the oven and may need to cool on a flat surface or even stay on the pan. They will fall through a cooling rack.
