Ingredients:  
3 c water
5 c cubed potatoes
4 chicken bouillon cubes
3 tbsp onion, finely diced
1 1/2 c milk
2 tbsp butter or oleo
1/4 tsp pepper ( more if desired)
4 slices bacon
Salt to taste
Carrots and celery, finely diced
3 slices of Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add water and bouillon cubes to pan. Cook til cubes are dissolved. Add potatoes, onion, pepper and butter. Add carrots and celery in amount desired. Simmer til vegetable are very well cooked. Mash with potato masher leaving many cubes of potatoes. Add milk and heat. Add salt. Add cheese and heat to melt. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble on soup when serving
