2 lg sweet onions
2 eggs
1 1/2 c crushed cornflakes
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut onion into 1/2 in slices, separate into rings. In shallow dish, whisk eggs. In another shallow dish, combine cornflake crumbs, sugar, paprika, garlic salt and seasoned salt. Dip onion rings in eggs, then coat with cornflake mis. Arrange rings in single layer on grased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until tender
