2 Portobello mushrooms - tops thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thin slice
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 to 3/4 cup beef broth
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1-1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut in chunks
chopped parsley
1 lb rigatoni with lines, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken with oil and crushed pepper. Set aside. Brown mushrooms with garlic in oil over med heat. Add pepper and onion, cook till tender. Add broth, tomatoes, salt and pepper, parsley. Toss chicken back in and simmer 10 minutes. Toss with cooked pasta and top with cheese of your choice
