4 c boiling water
1 c uncooked wild rice

1 can Beefy mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) can mushrooms
2 beef boullion cubes dissolved in 1 c boiling water
Dash of oregano
1/4 tsp each celery salt, garlic salt, pepper, onion salt and paprika
3/4 c chopped celery
6 Tbsp chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 c slivered and chopped almonds (or cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over rice and let stand 15 minutes. Drain rice and add soups, mushrooms, boullion & seasonings. Saute celery, onion and beef in butter. Add to rice mixture. Put in large casserole dish. Sprinkle almonds or cheese. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350 or until rice is done. Add more boullion if it becomes dry.
