Spaghetti Squash
Salt & pepper (optional)
Butter or parmesan cheese or italian seasoning or combination of the 3, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half. Bake cut side down at 350 for 45 minutes or until skin is tender. Spoon out seeds. String the strands of squash out of the shell with a fork. Season to taste.

Microwave: Prepare as directed. Cook on high power for 4 to 6 minutes or until hot.
