1 head lettuce - broken bite-size pieces
1 red onion, sliced thinly or diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 box frozen baby peas
5 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumble

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in 9 x 13 airtight container in order given. Reserve some bacon to sprinkle on top.
Spread one pint jar Hellman's mayonnaise over salad. Sprinkle on 3 oz can of Paremsan cheese over mayonnaise and reserved bacon. Refrigerate 24 hours.
