4 lbs baby back pork ribs, 5 garlic cloves minced, 3 tbsp frsh oregano chopped, 1 tsp. cayenne pepper, 2 tsp kosher salt, 1/4 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Place ribs on a baking sheet in one layer. In a bowl combine garlic, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt and oil and mix well.
Cover both sides of the ribs with the mixture.
Roast in oven 1 hour-turning the ribs after 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes
