12 oz penne pasta
1 lb gound beef or sausage
1 c chopped onion
1 cn (15 oz) tomato sauce, ITalian style
1 cn (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with Italian herbs
1 cn (6 oz) tomato paste with roasted garlic
4 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions; drain. Cook meat and onion in large skillet over medium-high heat, 5 min; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, undrained diced tomatoes, tomato paste and 1/2 c water; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 min. Layer half pasta, half sauce, and half cheese in 13 x 9 baking dish; repeat. Cover and bake in preheated 350 for 20 minutes
