1 (14.75 oz) can pink or red salmon
1/4 c chopped onion
2 tsp chopped fresh chives
2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
3 eggs
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
12-14 soda cracker squares, crushed
1/2 c oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except oil, using enough crackers to form soft patties. Form 10-12 patties, Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Fry patties till golden brown on both sides, turning once.
