1/4 c fine chopped red pepper
1/4 c fine chopped green onions
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
dash of cayenne pepper
2 (6 0z) cans crab, drained
1 egg, beaten
1 c seasoned breadcrumbs
3 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine, in bowl, red pepper, green onions, mayo, lemon juice, season salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Stir in Crab, egg and 1/3 c breadcrumbs. Mix may be sticky. Divide and form mix into 4 balls. Roll crab balls in remaining breadcrumbs. Flatten into cakes about 1/2 inch thick. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and fry cakes 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
