1 lb smoked sausage, cut into bite size pieces
3/4 c uncooked converted rice
1 (10 3/4 oz) cream of celery soup
3/4 c water
1 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 (10 oz) frozen peas
1 (2 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sausage, rice, soup, water, butter, salt in large skillet. Cover and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in frozen peas and mushrooms. Simmer covered for 20 minutes until rice is cooked.
