1/2 c Enova oil
4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
2 c sugar
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and cool to room temperature. Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder. Mix together oil, chocolate and sugar; mix well to fully incorporate ingredients. Blend in eggs in fourths, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Place covered in refrigerator and chill for several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350º. Portion dough into pieces and shape into 1 1/2 balls. Roll in powdered sugar and place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
