1 1/2 cup Nutella 1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs 2 Tbl milk
2 Tsp vanilla 2 cup flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp salt

If making peanut butter filled cookies: substitute 1 cup of peanut butter for the Nutella and mix the peanut butter with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop 1 Tbl balls of Nutella or peanut butter mixture onto prepared baking sheet (24 balls total) and freeze until frozen.

In mixer, beat butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, milke and vanilla and beat until combined. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Refrigerate dough while Nutella is in the freezer

Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Scoop a heaping tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten into a pancake-like circle. Top with a frozen nutella ball and cover with the dough, pinching to seal. Make sure it is completely covered. space cookies 2 inches apart.

Bake 15 minutes
