About 12 large potatoes
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (lite)
1 c. sour cream (fat free)
Butter
paprika
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and drain. Beat cream cheese and sour cream until blended. Add hot potatoes, gradually beating until light and fluffy (in mixer). Season to taste salt, pepper and garlic salt. Put in dish and dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Can be made ahead. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour if cold or less if warm.
