1 can 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. chow mien noodles
1 can tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 T. butter
1/4 c. milk
dash pepper
curry powder, to taste
crushed potato chips

Directions:

SautÚ celery and onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake 30 minutes at 350║ F.

This reminds me of Mom. I am one that does enjoy Tuna casseroles. I especially liked the potato chips on top. We did get these growing up very much.
