1 large head cauliflower, broken into small florets
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 C. grated Parmesancheese
2/3 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 pinch salt
1 t. crushed red pepper flakes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Bring 2 inches of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add cauliflower, cover and cook for about 10 minutes, drain and place in a 2 qt. casserole dish. In a small bowl mix together butter, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and red pepper flakes.
Sprinkle mixture over cauliflower, and top with cheddar cheese . Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
