2 sq. Baker's Semi-sweet baking chocolate,
3/4 c. coconut- toasted and divided,
2 c. thawed Cool Whip - divided,
1 graham cracker pie crust,
1 1/2 c. cold milk,
1 pkg.( 4-serving size) Coconut cream or vanilla instant pudding filling mix

Directions:

Microwave chocolate in medium bowl on high 1 minute, stir till chocolate is completely melted. Add 1/4 c. of the coconut and 1 cup of the whipped topping;stir until well blended. Spread onto bottom of crust. Refrigerate while preparing filling. Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Spoon into crust. Top with remaining 1 cup whipped topping; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. coconut.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until ready to serve.
