1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt choc.chips and butter over medium heat. Add sugar and milk. Stir constantly and bring to a boil for 8 minutes. Remove from burner and add vanilla . Cool 20 min before serving.

Place a crepe on a plate. Spoon peppermint ice cream down the center of the crepe. Roll the crepe and top with hot fudge sauce. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
