1 pkg Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked and drained
1 5 1/2 oz.box seasoned croutons
4 eggs
2 c. milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 16 oz. pkg. Italian style frozen veggies
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. grated monteray jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan with croutons. Sprinkle sausage over. Beat eggs with milk. Stir together soup, veggies and cheeses. Pour egg mixture over croutons and sausage. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
