1 c flour
1/2 c butter or marg
1 c nuts, chopped fine
1 large pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 large pkg instant vanilla pudding
3 c milk, 11/2 c for each pudding
8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c icing sugar
1 large container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients; mix and press into 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350F. Cool. Soften cream cheese. Whip cream cheese, icing sugar and half carton of Cool Whip; spread over cooled crust. Make vanilla pudding; spread over cooled crust. Let set. Mix chocolate pudding; spread over vanilla pudding. Put remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with a few crumbs from crust or toast a few slivered almonds. Chill.
