Filling: 3/4 c chopped pecans 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 c brown sugar 1 beaten egg 2 tbsp melted butter
Mix first 3 ingred. at room temperature and roll into 24 balls. Press in minature cup cake tins. Using finger press dough on bottom and up sides. Mix rest of ingredients and fill each tart. Bake 325 for 25-30 minutes
