1 lb. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
3 eggs
6 ½ c. flour
½ to 1 tsp. salt
Rind and juice of 1 lemon
2-3 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar. Beat in lemon juice, grated rind, vanilla and eggs. Mix flour and salt in separate bowl and then add to mixture. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Take out approx. ¼ dough at a time. Roll VERY thin and cut with cutters. Place on foil covered cookie sheets.
