1/2 c oil
1 c milk
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c cocoa

Filling:
1 c Crisco
1 lg jar Marshmallo Fluff
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingred and mix well. Add flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Bake 5 min on ungreased sheet at 425
'Frosting: Beat together Crisco, Fluff, vanilla and milk. Fill cooled cookies like a sandwich, using 2 cookies for each.
