2 c sugar
1 c shortening
3/4 c milk
5 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
3 tsp baking powder
pinch nutmeg
Raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Roll out and cut in circles. Spread jam on top of circle and top cookie with another circle. Press around edges to seal cookie. Bake 350 til lt. brown
