5 potatoes, cubed
4 cups vegetable or chicken stock
1 onion, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
6 spicy turkey sausages, sliced in thin rounds
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add the potato cubes to the broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Fry sausage in thin rounds until cooked. Add saute onions and cabbage until tender. Add the sausage and vegetables to potatoes and broth. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Serve with bacon bits and cheddar cheese sprinkled on top.
