2¾ Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking soda
1 Tsp Salt
1 Cup (230 g) Unsalted butter, softened
1 Cup (200 g) Brown sugar
½ Cup Sugar
2 Large eggs, room temperature
2 Tsp Vanilla extract
2 Cups Chocolate chips

Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside

2. Use an electric mixer to cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar for 1-2 minutes until well combines. Add in the eggs and vanilla one at a time and mix until fully combined.

3. Slowly mix in the flour mixture and continue mixing until just combined, then mix in the chocolate chips.

4. Scoop the cookie dough on to baking sheets and bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
