12 oz. - angel hair spaghetti
1 stick - butter
½ lb. - mushrooms, sliced
8 oz. - cream cheese
¾ c. - half & half
12 (16 oz.) - cooked shrimp
½ c. - Parmesan cheese
1 slice - lemon
sliced ripe olives (optional)
coarse pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water for spaghetti. In a large fry pan melt butter. Add mushrooms & sauté. After about 3 minutes, add cream cheese & half and half. When combined, toss in and stir cooked shrimp and drained angel hair. Sprinkle with Parmesan and toss. Serve with slice of lemon. Garnish with sliced ripe olives and coarse pepper (optional).
