c. - dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. - Parmesan cheese, grated
2 T. - fresh parsley, minced
tsp. - salt (optional)
tsp. - pepper
c. - milk
6 - boneless, skinless breast halves (1 lbs.)
c. - butter, melted
2 - garlic cloves, minced
2 T. - lemon juice
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Put first 5 ingredients in zip lock bag. Dip chicken in milk. Then shake in crumb mixture. Place in buttered 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Combine butter, garlic, & lemon. Drizzle over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes, until juices run clear.
