1 lb. - round steak, cut in 2 in. strips
c. - olive oil
1 c. - green pepper strips
1 c. - celery, diagonally sliced
1 c. - fresh mushrooms, sliced
c. - onion, sliced
1 (1 lb.) can - bean sprouts, drained
1 (5 oz.) can - water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 tsp. - salt
tsp. - ginger
1 c. - beef broth
1/8 tsp. - pepper
1 T. - cornstarch
1 T. - soy sauce

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add meat, brown on all sides. Stir in vegetables, salt, ginger and pepper. Cook stirring constantly about 3 minutes or until just tender.

Combine cornstarch, broth, & soy sauce until smooth, then add to mixture in skillet, bringing to a boil while stirring constantly for 1 minute. Makes 6 servings.
