1 (16 oz.) can - salmon
1 - egg, beaten
1 T. - onion OR chives, chopped
parsley flakes
cracker OR bread crumbs (enough crumbs to form a patty)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients. Brown in olive oil on both sides. Cover. Cook for 10 minutes. You can use c. of left over mashed or chopped cooked potatoes instead of crackers or bread crumbs.
