1 c. - white OR brown sugar ½ tsp. - salt ¾ tsp. - ground ginger 1½ tsp. - cinnamon ¼ tsp. - ground cloves OR allspice 2 - eggs, beaten 2 c. - butternut squash 2 c. - rich milk (1 can condensed milk plus half & half added to make 2 cups)
Mix all ingredients together. Refer to pie crust recipe. Bake at 375° for 1 hour in a 10 inch pie tin.
