Butter -9 oz (250 gms)
Sugar -9 oz
Self raising flour -9 oz
egg -7
vanila esence - 1 tsp

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F
Mix butter & sugar
beat the eggs till fluffy.then add the essence
Add the egg mixture to step 1 & mix well
now gently add the flour to the above mixture(after adding the flour don't mix for long time)
Pour into 8*8 square pan and bake for 10 mts 400 F and then 25 mts at 375F.When Pricked with a tooth pick it should come clean.
