1 egg 3/4 cup milk 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup quick cooking oats 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 teaspoon salt 1 pound ground beef 2/3 cup catsup 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl beat eggs and milk. Stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt. Add beef and mix well. Shape in a 9x13 pan. Combine catsup, brown sugar and mustard and spoon over loaf. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Let set 5 minutes before cutting.
