2 cupssweet butter
1 1/2 tsp. water
2 cups flour
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup peacons, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and granulated sugar. Add all ingredients. Roll into balls about the size of a large barble.
Place dough on un greased cookie sheet. Chill in refrigerater for approximently 1 to 2 hours.Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool for about 30 seconds. While still warm, roll in Confectioner sugar. When cookies are completely cool, roll in Confectioner sugar again.½.
