¼ pound of butter (one stick)
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 325º
Mix all ingredients together. I use the food processor. Just a few seconds and the dough is ready.
Roll dough into one inch balls.
Place on parchment on a cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes.
Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with confectionery sugar.
