8 fresh salmon steaks or one lg. boned fillet 2/3 c. salad oil 2/3 c. soy sauce 2/3 c. bourbon
Rinse fish and dry with a paper towel. Mix oil, soy sauce and bourbon; pour into shallow pan. Place fish in mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours, turning once. Remove fish from marinade and grill or broil 5-10 minutes. Fish should just barely flake and be lightly pink. Do not overcook.
