8-9 medium red potatoes, cooked with the skin on,
1/2 lb. bacon, 1 medium onion, 2 ribs celery, 2 hard boiled eggs.
Sauce:: Bacon grease, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp..vinegar, 1/2 tbsp. sugar,1/3 cup water, salt and pepper to your taste.

Cook potatoes until done. Peel potatoes and slice. Add other ingredients. While the bacon grease is hot, add flour, sugar, vinegar, water. Adjust vinegar and sugar to your taste. If too thick add more water. Potatoes must be warm while adding the sauce.
