1 pkg elbow macaroni (2 cups), 1 pkg. frozen peas, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, celery, green pepper, 1/2 cup mayonaisse

Cook macaroni and frozen peas (not cooked together), Cool. Add all ingredients and mix with mayonaisse.
