English Broccoli Recipe

2 10 oz. pkgs broccoli cuts
1/2 cup margarine or butter
4 pkgs. chicken bouillon
4 tbl flour
2 cups milk
6 tbl butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing Mix

Cook broccoli about 5 min., drain
Melt 1/2 cup butter - add chicken bouillon, flour and milk. Cook until thickened. Add broccoli to this mixture. Put in shallow casserole.
Topping: Mix together 6 tbl butter, water and stuffing mix.

Sprinkle over broccoli. Cover and bake 25 min at 350o. Take cover off and bake 10 min.
