6 Green Peppers
1 lb ground beef or other meat
1 TB grated onion
1/3 c celery finely chopped
1 c bread crumbs (or cooked rice)
salt & pepper
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peppers; cut large ones in half length-wise; remove a slice from stem end of small ones. Remove seeds and cut away seed parts leaving a clean shell. Place peppers in boiling water for 5-8 minutes or until almost tender. Drain. Brown meat slightly, stirring to keep meat in separate particles. Add onion and celery; cook a few minutes more until veggies are soft. Add rice or crumbs; season to taste. Moisten with part of can of tomato soup. Fill peppers. Place in a shallow baking dish with a small amount of water. Spoon rest of tomato soup over peppers. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until browned.
