Ingredients:  
1 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves cubed
c chopped onion
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 TBSP water
1 lb pkg of Green Giant select frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower
c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet coat with non-stick cooking spray. Cook until chicken is bwoned and no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. Add soup and water, mix well. Stir in vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over hot cooked noodles of your choice.
