2 lbs beef cubes 3 parts vingear to 1 part water small bag pickling spice sugar to taste 2 large onions – sliced paste of 6 ginger snaps and hot water
Cover cubes with vinegar and water. Cook. As mixture gets low add water. Add bag of spices. Cook till meat is tender. Take meat out and add onions and sugar. Cook until tender. Put meat back in mixure and thicken with ginger snaps and water.
