1 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. packed brown sugaar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. semisweet or milk chocolate pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 8x8x2 pan. Sprinkle walnuts on bottom. In 1 1/2 qt. sauce pan, combine brown sugar and butter. Cook over med. heat to soft crack stage (290), stirring often. Remove from heat and spread over nuts in pan. Sprinkle chocolate pieces on top. Let stand 1-2 minutes. When chocolate is softened spread evenly over toffee. Chill thoroughly and break into pieces. Makes about 1 pound.
