4 pork chops
4 med. potatoes, sliced
4 med. carrots, sliced
1 sm. onion , sliced
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 T. flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops. Grease casserole dish and spoon a small amount of soup into dish. Place sliced potatoes, carrots, onions and celery into the casserole dish. Add pork chops. Add flour to soup and milk. Pour over chops. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
