2 c. flour, sifted
5 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. milk
6 T. shortening, melted
2 eggs
1 c. apples, cored, unpeeled and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add milk, shortening and flour mixture to eggs and beat until smooth. Fold in apples.

Pour 1/4 cup onto lightly greased hot griddle; when bubbles form, flip and cook until golden brown.
