parmesan cheese grated
c flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp paprika
tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1 chicken cut up (3 lb fryer) or just thighs or breasts
1 egg slightly beaten
1 TBSP milk (mix with egg)
c margarine - melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat ovento 350; combine cheese, flour and seasoning. Dip chicken in egg-milk mixture, then coat with chese mixture. Place in baking dish. Pour margarine over it and bake for one hour or until tender.

I usually double the cheese mixture to be sure I have enough to coat the chicken.
